What is TOFA?
TOFA is a sales and inventory app designed for shop owners, warehouses and small businesses in the Iraqi and Arab market. It brings together in one place what used to be spread across notebooks and separate programs: invoices, items, customers and receivables, vouchers, returns and profit reports.
Its core idea: your data on your device first. The app works fully offline — no loading screen and no “cannot connect” in the middle of a sale — and cloud sync is an optional extra on top, not a condition for it to work.
Who is it for?
- Shops and showrooms — retail and wholesale selling, a quick invoice for the customer, and tracking of debts and returns.
- Warehouses and distribution — entering purchases, accurate running stock for every item, and a stock movement report.
- Workshops and services — service invoices, receipt and payment vouchers, and a daily cash box check.
- Sales teams — sellers with specific permissions, and tracking of who created each invoice and who collected each amount.
And it is fully Arabic, written right to left — not a flipped translation, and not a foreign interface hastily Arabized.
What does it do?
Invoices and sales
An invoice in seconds, PDF printing in four templates (standard · simplified · extended · thermal for receipts), an invoice-level discount, and free items at a price of zero.
Stock and purchases
Accurate running stock for every item, purchase invoices that update prices, detailed stock movements, and alerts for low stock and selling below cost.
Customers and receivables
A statement for every customer, debt tracking, and a full record of their dealings and invoices.
Vouchers and expenses
Receipt and payment vouchers and expenses, linked to customers and the cash box automatically.
Sales returns
Return a whole invoice or part of it; stock and the cash box are corrected together.
Profit reports
Daily and monthly reports, net profit, cash box balance, and an analysis of item movement.
Sync across devices
Your data on all your devices. It works offline and syncs when the connection is back.
Seller accounts
Add sellers with specific permissions, and track who created each document and who collected each amount.
Free versus subscribed
You can use TOFA on one device without a subscription and without any account at all. A subscription unlocks what needs a server: sync across devices, sellers, and automatic backups.
